Interpole shall be responsible for optimum performance of the mail system,
and will provide support during the period of contract, for any technical or
operational issues on the same. This will also include application of patches
to the system, and upgrading the software from time-to-time, as and when further
updates are released.

the month. A sample screenshot of one such report is shown below:

Interpole also employs a system, which maintains a blacklist of hosts on the
Internet known to be spamming on frequent encounters. Mails originating from
those hosts are rejected at the SMTP level in order to avoid junk mail using
valuable resources. Additionally, in an event of a spam attack, Interpole will
lock out mails having specific traits in its headers.
