Interpole provides this service utilizing the Legato Backup Solution and Compaq DLT tape storage technology. This service offers Data backup process for individual files, file systems, databases (Oracle, MS SQLServer, Informix, IBM DB2 and Sybase) and applications. The requirements will be assessed along with the Customer, and Interpole administer the data backup and restore processes.

• Interpole will install the backup software on each customer server to be backed up. The Customer should purchase the traffic usage level required, and Setup for each server that requires the backup. For database backup, the customer should purchase the specific backup client.
• Full backups will be done once a week; with Incremental backups being done six times a week. The tapes will be overwritten after a two-week period. Backup processes will be performed as scheduled. Restore processes will commence within 15 minutes of the Interpole NOC receiving a request.
• Customers must notify in writing for any additions of new file names, file systems and applications directories for backup.
• Interpole will generate traffic reports for the customer. The reports will include information on data backup and restore traffic between the customer's servers and the Backup server, and will be available to the customer via a password protected Interpole Web site.
