Interpole will provide a shared server to host the Customer's
Virtual Domain Name Server. The domain name service can be either primary or
secondary.
A single domain name is classified as an individual zone
file with less than 10 lines or records. A zone file with more than 10 lines
or records will count as an additional domain name for each group of 10 lines
or records.
- Interpole will setup the new domain names on specified
Interpole shared servers within two business days from when the domain name
service order request is processed.
- Interpole will have the responsibility for managing
the Interpole shared servers and the network connectivity for the DNS service
- Interpole will update customer's DNS records upon
receipt of an email at support@interpolesolutions.com. Updating a record consists
of adding an IP address of another host or machine for the domain name, adding
a new mail exchange server, or adding an alias name for another device
- Interpole will provide the IP addresses to be listed
with the InterNIC
